this is some segment on this show, called wired TV. this segment is about rocket packs, whatever those are.they tried to make these things called rocket belts, were part of the grasshopper something. they were trying to make a man float in the air with no support. the rocket belt uses hydrogen peroxide to float. they hoped to use this in the war. the rocket belt is somehow powered by steam, though I'm not sure how. people can fly pretty much anywhere in the atmosphere using the rocket belt.

more people are trying to make more recent rocket belts, one was even made of an office chair. not to exciting, now is it?? some man named Eric Scott flies rocket belts for a living. he does demonstration in all kinds of places,
